Glad I got them? A few moments ago was thinking how nice they look in matte black carbon fiber. Never really thought the drop test was coming so soon. . . Bumped the desk light, hit the AirPod Maxes, they dropped from 12 inches high onto a two-tiered wood desk, bam, bam . . . both ear cups blew off, then my spanking new, precious Maxes hit the floor 32 inches below. Oh, crappola. Winced for a moment, ready for the damage . . . nothing. No dents, dings, scratches, not even a scuff. Totally clean. Took a deep breath.These tough little carbon fiber, matte black just paid for themselves. Yeah, they may be another 10% premium over the cost of the AirPod Max for luxury headphone protection. Ask me. I would have to say yeah, they are. Solid, lightweight, really great looking, easy on AND they stay on even through the ordeal I put them through. Works in the case and does go into sleep mode. No Bluetooth issues at all over the house. Solid 5 stars in everything that matters. Especially, the drop test. Thinking about going with the Gloss Red Carbon Fiber covers next. Look good on the Space Gray Max. Thank you!

The whole experience was amazing. The packaging, presentation and the product. Love the fact that it just clips on in a second as opposed to a skin which I can never get it right. Super light and leave the Airpod Max feeling like it has nothing on it. This is what I was looking for. I did purchase a silicone cover previously for 8 bucks. Although that was good, it adds some bulk to it. Where it matters is when you try to use the volume dial, with any bulk, the feel is not the same. This has perfect cutouts and protects APM from scratches where it matters the most, while leaving the portions of the ear cups out for great feel. I am extremely glad I got these while they were in stock. I highly recommend it to anybody who is okay with the price range of course. One glove never fits all for various reasons. All I can say is - these are super high quality, fantastic packaging and presentation and I love them !

I was most definitely indecisive about spending $60.00 plus tax for some headphone covers when the vast majority of covers on amazon and other retailers range from $10 to $20. Although, I will say that these covers are truly exceptional and will make your AirPods Max stand out from the crowd flawlessly. I purchased the Matte Black version and I have found that these make my Maxes look very sleek, modern, and stylish all at once. I have had them for about three months now and can say that so far they have held up very well although I must note that these are used very lightly. My only grumble would be that they do get fingerprints on them very easily but it is also easy to clean them off. I highly recommend these if you are not worried about the price.

I was on the fence but I’m glad I went with the forged carbon version over the old carbon style, looks amazing in person! Matches the headband color very well. It’s light weight and sturdy, perfect fitment. Has enough give to snap into place, fits very snug. I read many reviews and some mentioned BT issues with the older design, the one I received is the current revised version and the BT antenna section is not covered. I did test it out by playing music and moving away from my phone to the other end of my house, putting 4 walls in between the airpod max and my phone, and there’s no issue quality loss in sound.

These look amazing and they do what the are made for but I ran into some issue. The item that I was sent had an issue with the left ear piece popping very very easily. The biggest issue that I have is with the charge port, the ear cover is to close to the charge port and I can not charge unless I completely remove the ear cover. They product looks absolutely fantastic and does protect the headphones while they are in use. I might just have received a pair that had some manufacturing flaws. I gave it 4 stars due to these issues.

These are pricey but they’re really nice looking and I feel like they enhance the design of my headphones rather than distract from it. I’m not rich and while I do make good money $400 headphones are still a splurge for me. But, if you’re spending that much on headphones it seems silly to complain about what these cost I guess. I got the matte abstract finish and love it. These feel sturdy, but are super lightweight, which is nice since the headphones are already a bit on the heavy side. As far as some of the other reviews mentioning fingerprints, not a single one on the matte finish! I’m glad I brought these. Very happy.

The Bomb. Tried silicon, plastic, rubber and something else, all were sub par. The carbon fibers are engineered nicely, snug fit and protection is outstanding. Durable and easy to clean. I would buy these again
