This chair weighs more than 20-25 pounds, it's near "standard" weight wheelchairs (40 LBS). It defeats the meaning, "lightweight". Also, the shipping box arrived completely broken up. Between the warehouse and the shipping methods, the wheelchair itself arrived damage. When we attempted to get a hold of the store, they redirected us back to Amazon. So, why even purchase a product through them if the customers are going to question warranty and how they handle defects and other shipping damages? It's not worth our effort, time and money!

I like the product it has a right rear brake assembly, broken during shipment. I would appreciate if you could send me another brake assembly and I will repair it. I want to make this as safe as possible. Thank you.
