Best quality I have converted all my plants from soil to this product and my plants are very happy. Only thing is you will need a moisture meter to determine the moisture content as the surface dries out quickly. It’s a quick draining combination so you’ll need deep watering trays. I use for both indoors and outdoors plants. My plants thrive in this mixture not to mention it provides an appealing dressing on top.

I knew from the description of ingredients this stuff was the real deal but man this stuff is great!! It’s SUPER CHUNKY - I’m talking only a little dirt/ soil. I even mixed some in on some of my plants that prefer damper soils / longer dry out time which I am okay with. I repotted seven plants with the larger bag. That includes two 5 gallons and one 3 gallon so it goes as far as it says it will on the package and as I mentioned I even mixed some regular soil/ dirt in. Overall I would say the value is pretty good for the quality. Within those repotted plants I repotted two monsteras (an albo and Thai constellation). The Thai has put out a new leaf with another leaf already ready to come out of that new leaf. The albo has a new leaf ready as well which I consider a win since it completely stopped growing before the repot. I have some other plants with this soil including a syngonium and an alocasia Frydek. My Frydek was previously in regular soil from the nursery and it has PERKED UP to say the least. I’m obsessed with this stuff. So far I have also noticed one of my plants that has coconut coir substrate attracts fungus gnats- the gnats go to some of my other plants but ignore this soil entirely. This stuff also doesn’t grow any nasty mold or get smelly. AMAZING STUFF! I recommend to everyone I know now.

Works great! Definitely a good mix for those interested in the anthurium/alocasia plant hobby. I have used this mix with all my Aeriods. Certain genus may prefer additional additaves....but for beginners it's definitely an all around great foundation substrate. I have added a lecca layer on the bottom because I use self-watering pots. The lecca draws moisture up when needed and the Molly's mix stays perfectly moist. 10/10 reccomend! JUST LOOK AT THESE JUICY ROOTS! These plants were potted using Molly's and lecca. The roots are so healthy! Minimal transplant shock. A great mix!

This stuff is really gritty and I think it is perfect for succulents like lithops. I top dressed mine with black lava rock as it helps fill in some of the gaps you get with this stuff. At times I found myself digging around for smaller pieces at the bottom of the supply bowl. I've tried their aroid mix with great result so I wanted to get a bag of this stuff. Unfortunately, they just do not have the 5qt bags so had to order two 3 qt bags which was kind of silly expensive (knocking a star off for that). They just canceled my first order days after placing it and I was forced to buy two 3qt bags for a batch of plants that was coming in, thanks a lot! Really, it's a nice mix and great for your lithops as you can water them a little here and there without worrying if they are going to explode because it dries in about 1-2 days. I plan to pick up some more of this stuff, but it is also kind of expensive for being a bag of mixed rocks.

I cannot say enough good things about Molly’s Aroid Mix! Ever since I started using it, my anthuriums have been absolutely thriving. The mix is perfectly airy, well-draining, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients that my plants love. I noticed almost immediately that my anthuriums looked healthier, with new growth popping up much faster than before. I’ve tried a lot of different soil blends in the past, but nothing has compared to the results I’m seeing with Molly’s. It holds just the right amount of moisture without ever becoming soggy, which is exactly what my aroids need. You can tell this mix was made by someone who really understands the needs of tropical plants. If you're serious about keeping your anthuriums (or any aroids) happy and thriving, I couldn’t recommend Molly’s Aroid Mix more!

The holy grail when it comes to chunky soil mix. My plants loved it!!! I tried another brand after I ran out and it was horrible. I will be purchasing the Airoid mix again for some of my more expensive plants.
