This bed has so much potential. I bought this bed kind of skeptical because the reviews were mixed but it’s overall a good bed. The only issue I had is the directions can be a bit confusing if you don’t pay close attention to the details in the description and pictures. Center cross bars weren't cut correctly and couldn't slide together flush like the instructions show, luckily we have a grinder and were able to cut them to size. - the headboard /pillow bars are covered more than half by my 12" mattress so the slip over pillows are barely hanging on, but I have it against the wall so they stay on fine. -the legs at the end of the frame are slanted and are sharp enough to cause some serious toe damage, I wrapped foam and electrical tape around them. Overall, it's actually a well made frame, sturdy, level, easy to assemble, and I love the deep blue color. Pillows are nice as well. ... show more

It's a solid frame, I'm very happy with it. You can assemble it yourself, however, it will be easier with 2 people. I wish there were different color options, but the blue looks good too. Can't complain for the price.
