Updated review: I recently got COVID and quarantined myself for the week. I slept on this and it was very comfy. I slept great! ————— I needed a cheap and easy guest bed and this worked perfectly. It’s a little big to store, so you might want to think about that in advance, but otherwise it folds right up. Another option is to store it under an existing bed frame, if you have the space. I tried it out and slept fine - no pain or aches like when I’ve used an air mattress. Also, it comes in this super compact box. The directions say to unpackage it within 48 hours, which you don’t know until you open the actual shipping box. I think I waited 2 weeks and it still reformed nicely. If you want something inexpensive, comfortable, and easy to use - get it. If you need compact and easy to store or travel with, take a good look at the dimensions first.

I have been moving around a lot and decided to buy this to sleep on temporarily until I settle down and purchase a real mattress and bed frame. I am shocked that this mattress is actually the most comfortable surface I've slept on in years. I'm glad I paid a little extra for the 6" size instead of skimping on a thinner size, because the high density foam is super comfortable, supportive, and relieves a lot of body pain. As a substitute for a "real bed" I am so so happy with this purchase. And I'm glad to know that when I'm done I can easily fold it up for storage and someday happily offer it as a guest bed. **Update** I've been sleeping on this for 2 years with just a box spring underneath, no bedframe. It's literally been the most comfortable bed I've owned! I'm finally about to move into a new apartment with my partner and share a bigger bed, so the plan for this one is to fold one side up against the wall and use it as a lounging spot for crafting/reading/etc. It'll make a nice guest bed that we can fold up and put away when needed! After 2 years of use (always with a fitted sheet) there is a fair bit of piling on the mattress fabric but it's to be expected. This truly was a great purchase that worked with my budget and needs during a rocky life transition. I just logged into my Amazon account for the first time since purchasing just to update this review

I almost didn’t buy this and I’m so glad I did!! I love this fold out mattress! I got the full 3” and I was worried that I would feel the floor & I don’t. It’s soft to the touch, but firm. You won’t sink in & I’m 210lbs. It says you should let it plump back up when you first unpackage it & lay it out on a flat surface for 48-72 hrs. I admit that I Impatiently waited about 30 hours if even that, && still it is so comfortable, + it filled out nicely. I have zero complaints about this mattress. I lovvvvveeeee it!! I just temporarily moved & was sleeping on the floor for about a week before I made this purchase. I was uncomfortable, & My back and kneck were in much pain. But hmmhmm!!! my first night sleeping on THIS I drooled like a baby ! I hadn’t woke up and had drool on my face in years 😂 + no more body aches. If your thinking about buying this go ahead, I say it is well worth it!! +++ it’s easy to fold up and put out of the way or you can use it as a chair.

I ordered this fold out mattress by the GOHOME store for the upper sleeping area in my RV. My RV has what they call a "grannies attic", it is similar to the look of a moving truck. The area is over the top of the drivers cab, and is very cozy. The only problem is, they give you this thin little foam pad to sleep on up there and it is not very soft or comfortable for an adult. When we go out for the weekend in the RV, my son likes to tag along with us every once in a while. If he was still a kid, that thin foam pad would be fine, but as a 32 year old man, he can't even sleep on that pad without his hips aching! So enter this amazing foldable mattress! It is so easy to store in that area above the cab, and I can still store my storage baskets right along side it, filled with blankets and pillows for the main queen bed, and for the bunk bed on top. It's a great feature to be able to fold it into a smaller cube for storage! It's thick enough to support the weight of an adult. Also, with the memory foam, you just sink in and remain comfortable and get the best nights sleep in that cozy upper bunk area! I'm so glad I ordered this foldable mattress, and I would recommend it to others.

I love this thing all in all, it does have some things that I wish could be different. Its squishy but you dont sink all the way to the bottom of it, and Im a big person (300 pounds) so I scoured amazon to find one that had support. Its not going to give you great support if you have a really bad back, if you do I would get less than a 6 inch memory foam mattress. Im a caregiver that does 24 hr shifts and not everyone has a spare bed, so I use this with a teton cot. Its like sleeping on your bed at home when you pair it with a cot, wonderful. My husband will sleep on this at home if Im having really bad insomnia and cant sleep through snoring and he loves it. Cons are its on the warmer side, which its memory foam so its kinda expected. And I did buy a case for it since I travel and when I tell you the reviews did not prepare me for how big it is folded up...holy crap. It won't fit in my trunk, I have a lincoln ls and I have to push my passenger seat forward and squeeze it in there like a sardine. Makes seeing out the back window almost nonexistent. If you have an SUV your probably ok....hopefully. I would get less than 6 inches width if you have a small car. The last thing is the third square that folds in a different direction will leave a small gap when you lay down. Im guessing the lighter you are the less of a gap there is, or if your shorter your hip may not be close to it. I got a twin xl and Im 5'9 and my husband is 6'1, perfect size for us. I would recommend this. Its awesome for my work and great for houseguests, I give it a 9.5 out of 10!
