The pad came smashed flat and rolled in a smaller box. I left it out open and unrolled over night and it is still wrinkled and not very full. It doesn't feel very firm at all, you sink in. The corners are all rounded so the seams between the section are large so that you can feel them when you lay down.

I hate hotel beds because they are always too soft and hurt my back. If I didn’t look like a crazy lady, I’d bring this pad with me every time I traveled because it is so comfy. Slept on it for 3 days on the floor at my parents house and it was perfect. Not too soft, and not too hard. I was worried I’d feel the seam but it didn’t bother me at all. Definitely worth the money and way better than sleeping on a loud blow up mattress.
