This strap is meant for a naked Kindle...one that doesn't have a cover for protection. It wasn't clear from the illustration that this strap would not fit easily on a Kindle with a case in the open position...that's the position with the case cover opened so you can read the screen. Instead, I had to fit the strap vertically on my Kindle since it doesn't fit diagonally due to the cover of the case. In this position, the cover doesn't close all the way (and shut off the Kindle) and the cover is in the way of using the strap as shown. If you are willing to remove the case when you use the Kindle and then replace it when you are through reading, this strap is a nice way to hold the Kindle. Just be aware it isn't designed for the added thickness of the Kindle cover and you will have to force-fit it if you don't want to remove the cover every time you use your Kindle. ... show more

This strap is simple and well-made. The tension of the comfortably broad elastic strap is perfect. The corner clips are sturdy and flexible; they fit over the corners of a kindle fire with the Moko back case perfectly. The strap also fits the kindle paperwhite with the stock Amazon flip case perfectly. There is nothing I can think of to improve upon this solution for comfortable reading. I didn’t want a case to weigh down my kindle paper white 6.8” but needed a better way to hold it at night in bed and around the house. Using this strap you can entirely use the device one handed. It works left or right handed because on the kindle you can swipe the page even on the left side. Putting the strap on the device was easy and it can go on in the corners or vertically. This handy little strap makes holding onto your kindle so much easier. You don't have to worry about errant screen touches from holding onto the side or bottom bezels anymore. Just slip it on and slide your hand under the soft strap and that kindle is secure. I have small hands and prefer to hold my kindle in my left so my strap goes top left to bottom right and I can use my kindle one handed. I wouldn't try to open the little hooks to get it over a case but my kindle has a clear case and it fit fine over the corners without any adjustments or tweeks. ... show more

This is by far the greatest accessory I have for my Kindle. The amount of times I fall asleep reading and drop my Kindle is more than I would like to admit. I got this and now just feel the Kindle tug in my hand when I fall asleep, preventing it from falling off my hand completely. I’m sure that sounds silly, but honestly it’s my favorite part of having this. I bought this because I like to read for long periods of time and my popsocket leaves a painful indent on my finger due to me holding it for so long. This strap is AMAZING! Its very sturdy, I can fling my hand around and it wouldnt make my kindle fly out my hand. Its comfortable, soft! I can move it to whatever side I want or even transfer it to a different case.
