Favorite Features: VERY Lightweight, 200hz is amazing for gaming (via DisplayPort), Settings/Setting up is beginner friendly, 3 input slots, Blue Light Filter <3, Freesync, HDR, 1ms response time, Settings are complex enough that you can make it your own experience, Warranty and Warranty Extension (if you register the product in the Z-EDGE website) Some features I didn't like: Not height/tilt adjustable using the monitor stand it came with, controls via back joystick takes a bit of getting used to, Built-in speakers could be a lot better (not a big problem for me), the default tilt and height could be too low for some (me) At first I was very hesitant to purchase this monitor. I was really looking to upgrade from FHD to QHD. But it had all the features I wanted: Freesync, 144+hz, HDR, 1ms response time, multiple input slots, and curved 27. And at the price point of $180 (as of January 2023), I just had to try it. I saw this specific product in a "Best Curved Gaming Monitors" list so I was enthused. I have to say that I am very very impressed with the picture quality, refresh rates, and response times. I can barely notice that it was FHD because my gaming experience was so smooth. Games tested: Valorant (4/5), League of Legends (5/5), Guild Wars 2 (5/5), Sims 4 (5/5), Overwatch 2 (4/5) Overall, I love this monitor. I can barely notice that it's FHD unless I am really close to the monitor. The refresh rate and response times makes up for the lack in upgraded resolution. I would say that this monitor would be a great upgrade from your FHD ~60/75hz monitors. You can definitely tell there is a big difference in smoothness. I think what matters the most is the system you're running on and its specs. I have a mid to high-end custom built pc and it works excellently with it. I also use a Nintendo Switch with this monitor and it runs as expected. Considering what I have said about all the features and what I liked/didn't like my true rating for this monitor is a 4.5 / 5. I would highly recommend these for any gamers on a budget but want some higher-end experiences. I did see some concerning video/photo reviews so I would have to update this score as time goes on. ... show more

I bought this for my boyfriend's Christmas present and he loves it! it's light and easy to move, the screen is actually way bigger than i thought it was with the perfect amount of curve. The buttons are a little tricky to navigate at first when setting up screen settings (brightness contrast etc.) but there's a lot of different things that you can change to make it your own experience. If your planning on using the monitor for the PC setup you have the full hz option but for xbox and playstation you only have a certain limit for it. a lot of reviews stated theirs came with dead pixels but mine came in perfect! the only con we would say about it is you can't adjust the stand at all, you can't tilt it or rotate it any which is kind of annoying but it's still at a degree where you don't have to bend your neck to play games or watch movies, overall fantastic purchase for the price! ... show more

This was a present for my son for his bday. The day of his bday he opened and set it all up only to turn it on to a broken screen. We were both bummed out. I immediately reached out to Amazon and had a great customer service tech (Nathan) help me resolve it. He reached out to seller and got a new monitor sent. It was supposed to be 5 days before it arrived but the seller and Nathan worked their magic and it arrived the following day! Things happen and even though the screen was broken, the way Amazon and the seller handled and fixed it was a tell tale of great customer service and care! The second monitor arrived in extra packaging. The picture is of great quality and it looks amazing with his games!
