UPDATE: A couple of weeks after posting my initial three star review, I was contacted by the seller to confirm my information, as they wanted to send me a new case, under warranty. After confirming my shipping information, I received a new case within the week. It fit my iPad perfectly and I have had no issues with the replacement case. I did notice that the iPad inserted into the case much more easily this time. I have removed the iPad a couple of times now, with no damage to the case. I am quite pleased with the replacement product and would purchase this case again. (Curiously, the original case required significant pressure to insert the iPad and was quite difficult to remove. Perhaps there was some additional plastic at the corners that made it a bit tighter and ultimately caused it to crack. Maybe one slipped through quality control. The replacement case fits snugly and the iPad inserts with a positive "click", but it is not at all difficult to insert or remove the iPad.) BTW... for those experiencing issues with the cover not locking/turning on the iPad when opening or closing the cover, be sure to enable this feature in your iOS setting. My iPad shipped with this feature disabled. The case cover works great once this feature is enabled. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great case!.... however, after only two weeks of use, it has already developed cracks in the polycarbonate shell at the lower right corner of the case (bottom, hinge side). This item has never been dropped or banged around and is typically carried inside a neoprene sleeve for extra protection. I can only assume that these are stress cracks, from where the case "clamps" onto the iPad. I did remove the unit from the case and place it back in at one point. Evidently, this was too much for the plastic shell. Nice case, but disappointed with its durability.
