The media could not be loaded. I love this pillow. I really thought it wasn't going to work for me, but when I received it, I put my hopes in it so I wouldn't feel the discomfort on my neck anymore and I could sleep better. I must say I'm completely happy with it. At first, I couldn't adapt to one side, so I tried the other, and God, it really rested my neck and I slept like a baby. It doesn't smell at all, and it's comfortable even if you put it on your back. As an observation, it didn't arrive in its own box as mentioned in the videos. Perhaps because I placed several orders and they only sent it in one bag, which I didn't have any issues with since it came sealed. I think it's worth mentioning in case this happens to you.

The pillow is the perfect size and exactly what my wife needed to sleep better. She was using multiple pillows to get the right angle. Fantastic quality. When I used it first time I felt upper back have terrible ache and pain for a couple seconds in intervals. I think this pillow was aligning my upper back how it should be. The pillow is very firm and supportive. The fabric where you put your head is incredibly soft. This is not a normal Amazon junky product. 10/10

I find that this pillow supports the neck. The firmness helps with my husband’s back pain. I suggest trying this pillow for a good night sleep. The functional having the cooling effect helps with hot nights. It’s one of the best pillows to have and at a reasonable price.
