This is one of those things that I'm not entirely sure why I ordered it, to be honest. I don't generally wear makeup, I've worn blush maybe twice in my life and I certainly don't use liquid blush for fear of looking like a clown. And yet here we are because I got very curious about the fact that this is good for the skin, not just aesthetic. And the color (Ruby Red) was beautiful. Ruby Red is a deeply pigmented, medium warm-toned red. The color is similar to the color of a fresh red rose or fresh blood and fortunately looks great on my neutral-cool toned, pale skin. I was hoping for more of a Snow White look (though my hair isn't dark enough) and ended up with something very much along those lines! Pigment level on the skin can be built up as it starts out sheer (as long as you apply a very small amount to start with and go from there, which is a feature I always appreciate. To get the desired flush effect it only took / took dot the size of a grain of rice for each cheek thanks to the pigment level. In the end, I was left with a natural-looking flush to my cheeks that made me look youthful and fresh. The texture was like a lightweight liquid gel and includes a high amount of lightweight, watery moisturizer in it, making it feel good on the skin, more like a serum than a blush. It applies from a nicely made little frosted glass bottle (which makes it feel more upscale than it is) using a wand with an end that reminds me of a nail polish brush. Application was easy and I was able to blend it well using my fingers, though I wouldn't take too long to do it. It also tends to stain a little in this darker shade. Overall, I think the value of this is very good. It's very pigmented, easy to use, comes in a range of colors with warm, cool and neutral undertones and is inexpensive. It's a small bottle, but given how little you need, it's easy to underestimate how far the bottle is going to go and for the price, that's ridiculously good. As I said, I'm not a makeup person, but this blusher is so good and feels so nice on my skin that I would buy another bottle if I ever managed to get through the first, as rarely as I'll wear it. The color is beautiful. It blends nicely and gives me a very natural looking flush to my cheeks without going too far and entering clown territory.

I love this liquid blusher because it feels so lightweight on the skin and lasts a long time. It dries down fairly quickly, but it was easy to spread out in such a way that it looked like a natural flush. The only difficulty was that I usually wear concealer under my blush but I ended up rubbing the concealer off when I was spreading out this blush. I could apply concealer over the top but then I had a spot with no pink color. This would be great for anyone with clear skin because it's so long-lasting. The ruby red color looks like it will make you look like a clown, but it is sheer and natural-looking. I've also tried lip and cheek stains that were similar but many times more expensive per ounce, so this is an excellent value and works great as a lip stain as well.

I'm so in love with House of Hur's new liquid blushes that I'm planning on getting them in more colors. This is a newer formulation, and the pigment is a lot stronger compared to the old blushes. The texture of this blush is so unique and unlike any other liquid blush I've tried thus far. It's thin but grippy, with good slip and dries down fairly quickly. I really like the plastic applicator as I feel it doesn't soak up as much product as other applicators made with nylon do. The small size of the applicator also allows better control over how much product I want to use as well. Most of all, I absolutely love the dewy finish it leaves on my cheeks and how it stays on all day.

This is a really nice liquid blusher in a very concentrated color. On my fair skin a little goes a long way and it only takes a tiny dab to add a light pop of color. I got this in two different colors and I like them both for different looks. I think the color chart is accurate, this is nearly a neutral red but I think it veers a little more towards warm, however, it can be used on cool skin easily because it thins out into an easy-to-use color for so many skin tones. On my hand I didn’t blend it out as much as I’d use on my cheeks but I wanted to show a more sheer but not totally blended photo so you can see how a tiny dab blends out with a lot of pigment. When I put it on my cheeks I took a little from my hand so I’m telling you, this is concentrated and it goes far! It does contain dimethicone so if you are allergic or sensitive maybe avoid this.

Ooo this blush is so pretty. It is a liquid blush and it blends really nicely on my cheeks. The color is pretty vibrant but it again blends nicely so it is not worrying. Blends so nicely I can make it look like a natural blush. Very pretty. Also, it seems to be long lasting as well!

I own several colors of this blush (8 now), and I've been wanting to try their newer colors, two of which are bolder than their original lineup. This is their smaller size, and you apply the blush with the plastic applicator attached to the inside of the cap. The larger size has a pump. The larger size is 20ml, the smaller size is 10ml. These blushes are very watery. The pigment is typically pretty sheer, but I've found this to be the most pigmented of the ones I have. I only need to apply one dot on each cheek. I really enjoy this color, which sheers out to a softer red, and due to the watery nature, this blush can spread quite a bit. The blush leaves your skin looking naturally dewy but not too much. There's no shimmer.

I recently tried the House of Hur Moist Ampoule Blusher in Ruby Red, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed! First off, the color is just beautiful—it's a vibrant red that gives my cheeks a nice pop without being too overwhelming. What I really love about this blush is the 50% moisture essence. It feels super hydrating on my skin, which is a big plus, especially during these dry months. Unlike some other blushes I've used in the past, this one doesn’t dry out my skin at all. It glides on smoothly, and I find it easy to blend.
