Great bag. Packed a suit jacket, suit pants, dress shirt, tie, dress, and two pairs of shoes (one of which were my husbands military boots). Everything fit perfectly and we got to our destination with no wrinkles at all in the suit or my dress. The shirt was a little wrinkled but not enough to require another ironing. My favorite things about this bag are the tie pocket, the clips at the bottom inside that keep the clothes from bunching up, and the little clip for the zippers on the side of the bag to keep it from unzipping. We had no trouble at all putting it in the overhead compartment on the plane. I highly recommend this bag for anyone needing to take a suit on a flight. ... show more

The garment bag seems to be put together well, storage was pretty well thought out and works well. Only drawback I encountered is apparently if you’re over 5 feet tall, the back is too short for a suit to make it to your destination without looking like it was wadded up and shoved into a Walmart bag. Plan on having to have it pressed when you get to your destination. Other than that, no issues with TSA or the airlines as a carry on, even packed to capacity. I have used this bag a number of times as carry-on for weekend or 2-3 day business travel. I have carried everything from tuxedos and suits to sport coats. I really like the ability to pack a pair of shoes. I only have 2 issues but I consider them to be small tradeoffs. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the bag has to be empty to unpack and hang the garments which is a bit of a pain if one has to repack regularly. The other issues is that I wish the side panels zipped more closely together. However, I highly recommend this bag. ... show more

It’s exactly as pictured and promised, super well made and compact with a surprising amount of storage and compact enough to carry on and store in the overhead compartment. I traveled with two pairs of shoes, a suit, a dress, blouse, workout clothes, another outfit + all my toiletries and had room to spare. I wish WISH it had backpack straps because the strap does get a wee bit uncomfortable if you have a long haul between gates. ... show more

I'm not sure I would check this bag in, although it feels fairly durable. But the point is to carry-on and save the luggage fee. It kept my suit as wrinkle free as I hoped, flying from Chicago to west coast with a layover. Plenty of space for all I needed, for a long summer weekend. Better quality than you'd expect for $40 bag. A big man's suit might get scrunched up & wrinkle tho. I wear a 42 regular. Anything larger might be a squeeze.
