These seats are so comfortable that I don't wanna get out of the car! They are a bit narrow/snug in seat bottom, but it does keep you planted when doing hi speed cornering. Very good price, nicely constructed and really, really comfortable!

I bought these for my 1990 fox body convertible, I had gray seats that didn’t match the interior. It probably took me 12 hours from start to finish to get these seats fully in my car. If you have a welder and the knowledge to make it work both safely and cheap then I would consider these. If you don’t have the knowledge or supplies and you have to pay someone to put these in; then I wouldn’t recommend it. The quality is okay but I know these seats will not last long, I’m and average size person and the seat bolsters on the bottom are really tight, I’m hoping that they just need to be broken in. I think it looks good overall and honestly I just wanted a matching interior so I could sell it. If I were putting this in a car I was keeping I would not buy these seats. I found seats in my area that were cheaper and could of worked probably better and lasted longer than these might. But hey I wanted to try them and it’s a good selling point …..”new seats just installed”. Hope this review helps ... show more

Wish I could give it a 5-star but it is lacking in a few aspects. First and foremost, the seats sit VERY tall compared to a stock Celica seat. My seating is no longer sitting upright but rather, a lean-back posture. It makes posture very uncomfortable. Stitching\adhesion is starting to fall apart under California's hot weather after 1 month. Winkle is showing at different fabric sheets meet. Slider's threading holes are garbage. They show signs of rust and improper machining to the point where I need to force the screw to strip in order to mount the sliders. Onto pros: Firstly, these seats are extremely comfortable! They are stiff but have enough cushion to keep you comfortable. What could be improved? The sides could stick out a bit further to keep me planted onto the seats better to prevent body movements. Fabrics are nice. Not to hard and abrasive. They look nice. Conclusion: If you need that immediate replacement for a torn OEM, I'd recommend holding off and getting the original seats. You cannot best the quality of the OEM seats. If you don't care and just want a cool-looking set of seats, these won't disappoint you. ... show more

Looks good and works perfect! Comes with sliders already. However only one side locks so the other side moves around a bit while driving. The brackets are a lottle thin so the seats do wobble just a bit. Other than that they work just fine if you are putting around town. Woupd recommend as a cheap alternative to other ... show more

I am going to use them as HPDE seats as they are not homologated, but they are of pretty good quality. The seats came with seat brackets and sliders, you still need a vehicle specific mounting bracket. Installation is pretty involved, but that is the case with any seat install. The sliders (used on the passenger side) are OK, they have a little bit of play, but really not bad. On the seat brackets, you cannot use the lowest setting, but still not a big problem. You still need vehicle specific mounting brackets. The drivers seat without sliders is really solid in the car, once everything was bolted down. There is limited cushioning, which you want for track seats, comfort seams pretty decent. Getting in and out is of course a bit of an undertaking, but again these are for track events. Price is very good, weight is good, quality is OK, they do look nice. ... show more

With only a years worth of use, the hinge/handle started to malfunction within approx. 8 months. Fabricated a piece to strengthen the hinge/handle. About 13 months after installing the seat, while driving to work, the seat frame broke and poked out the bottom of the seat. The frame could not be repaired by welding in back together without burning/melting the foam in the seat itself. Only the driver seat was installed. Passenger seat in on a shelf still in the box. I trashed the seat once i got a new seat replacement elsewhere. Frame needs to be welded better and the hinge brackets need to be of thicker gauge metal. Overall i would not recommend this seat to anyone. I have bought others that lasted way longer than a year. if possible buy a better quality seat / pair of seats. ... show more
