These really change the look of my 2016 tradesman. Problem is I can’t adjust/raise the beams. I’ll come back and add the 5th star if I can figure it out. Right now they are pointing too low.

    • Great upgrade in looks and lighting performance.
Put these in my 2013 Ram Sport with factory projectors after having to replace my drivers headlight twice due to moisture and then the clear coat on the replacement headlight pealing. Went with HID in the low beam and LED for high beam. Used a Morimoto 5000K HID bulb which is plenty bright and has a very white light output. There are numerous videos on YouTube on how to wire the DRL’s for the Ram. The harness to connect vehicles with factory projector headlights had a couple extra wires not needed on my vehicle. Sadly, AlphaRex does not give any instructions for connecting the harness. I have the feeling that if your Ram came with factory DRL’s, these wires are for your vehicle. It also seems that the harness has been updated from some in the videos as they did not have the extra wires. I’m highly satisfied with these headlights. My son has a 2015 Ram Sport and is planning on buying a set of these his Ram. Also, there are videos on how to aim these headlights using a #2 phillips screwdriver. ... show more

Very good looking headlight! Install wasn’t to bad about 45minutes both sides with wiring. As many have said tap fuse #66 for DRL. I kept the bulbs that came with them. Not super great but I’ll swap for LED when they burn out. I have 1157 bulb turn signals in my bumper so didn’t have an issue with hyper flash. I had factory projector headlights. I got an adapter on Amazon to go from projector to dual halogen. It worked like a champ! I’ll try to remember to upload njght pics. Start up sequence is pretty cool. ... show more

Just installed the Jet Black G2 series on my 2018 Ram. Love the way these look! Gave 4 stars because I am literally writing this a few hours after I installed. Will updated later after I get some use with them. As some people have pointed out, the fit could be better. On mine they were sitting in a little to far at the top. I just used 3 washers behind the top mount and that evened the light with the fender. The biggest thing I don’t like is the adjustment. You have to remove the headlight to get at the adjustment screw, but I guess once you get them adjusted you shouldn’t have to mess with them any more. Clockwise to raise, counter to lower. Get the park lamp out at start up, but really don’t care. When I update I will add some picks. ... show more

Way better than I could have imagined. They look great. The sequential turn signal is awesome! Switched out the bulbs it came with for LEDs and it’s awesome. Had light out errors initially but I used my OBDLINK mx and alphaOBD to change the settings in my BCM to account for LEDs and had no issues after. I recommend using alphaOBD to change the settings in your BCM instead of adding resistors and CAN-BUS decoders. Will make your life much easier. Can’t say enough how awesome these are. Adds a great look to the truck. You’ll need to buy a fuse tap to in order to properly tie in the DRL wire harness. And make sure the fuse tap is plugged into your fuse box the right way otherwise you can fry your system. Great product and well made. ... show more

Ok so, these are the ones that are the most expensive, but for some reason the ad says they have LED lights but they come with very cheap incandescent lights. You will need a 9007 for both high and low beam on these units. ( personally I recommend Torchbeam brand ) I use the Torchbeam in all my vehicles and they are incredibly bright and do not blind other cars when angled properly. You'll need a 50W 6 Ohm resistor to stop the Hyperflash on the driver side only in the 2011 - 2014 models. That I know of. Otherwise, these are amazing!! ... show more
