Received only one chair yesterday and was really upset because the posting said it was a set of two so I was assuming that both chairs would be sent and I would receive them at the same time. I come home and see that the second package which is the second chair arrived. I initially wrote a bad review because I was upset that we didn’t receive the second chair that we paid for, but it only came later. Anyways really good quality chair just wish that I was communicated with or the description noted that the chairs would be sent separately. Chairs great quality! We received a pair and one had a bad lever. I can’t go up or down. It’s basically stuck at its lowest level, obviously with the lever being broken. Owner asked me to send more pictures. I sent pictures I tried to upload a video but it would not allow me to. Unfortunately, the owner reached out to me and told me to send more pictures and they just never got back to me after I did. It sucks because I’m a shorter guy but whatever. They got my money already right. ... show more

Not worth it. Tried to return and shipping was going to cost as much as the chairs…which we decided weren’t for us. It’s not like you can go to a “bar stool store” to see in person for comfort and fit. If you’re going to sell something like this on Amazon, the consumer shouldn’t be hot with the burden to return. ... show more
