Bought this tree (sapphire, hang from ceiling) about 4 years ago and used it the first year. Took about 4 hours to set up as the paper protector backing on the plastic rings took about 2 hours alone to remove, nothing like on the video which never showed removing any backing. "You're about half way done" (from the online video, back then).......uh, no way. The written instructions were seriously lacking. There's no picture of the fully assembled unit which is maddening. So, I decide to set this tree up again this year, at the insistence of my wife. Reliving the misery. Went to the website to refresh how to set up and now there's no video instruction. I purchased the 33" Jubilee Table top tree in Nov 2021. Based on the website description, photos, and price tag I was expecting a higher end product. Instead, what I received was cheap looking plastic parts with many noticeable defects. The ornaments had visible blemishes, dents, and seams, some seams were cracking open. The "hand cut and polished" chandelier crystals had rough edges and nicks. The "custom designed storage case" is just a cardboard box. The company has a money-back guarantee, but requires you to pay return shipping. I feel that they misrepresented this product on their website. Buyer beware. ... show more

I went out on a limb when I purchased this tree not being able to see it in person and only seeing pictures but it's perfect!!! Ended up being the talk of my Christmas party last year. It came fully assembled in a black zippered case, which I used to store it under my bed. The rings of the tree are wrapped in a protective tape which you peel off before hanging it the first time so it was flawless. Everything needed to get it hung is also included, I had no problems using the hardware provided. Can’t say enough good about this tree. Pictures do not do it justice. It really is stunning. Took longer than expected to set up (almost 200 ornaments) but the predrilled wholes in the rings makes for perfect spacing and balance.
