I work with powertools outsid. At 1st I got just the color base and top coat. I was getting peeling on day 2 like a sticker. Which was nice since I tend to pick at it when it lifts. I ordered the dehydrator (highly recommend) and have had no lifting or peeling for 3 days so far. Im Obsessed with the bright color! And I only had to apply 1 coat of it. Winning! Definitely a have on hand at all times for me. Now I have to get a new UV light. Have had this one forever and its too time consuming but ideal for travel.

Such a beautiful, classy and natural looking color- PERFECT for frenchie sets! One coat is good and natural, 2 coats is a little darker but def not too dark still. Bottle size is great, I think it’ll last me a long time. Also nice and thick gel! First photo with the sparkly red tips is a friend who wanted 2 coats, Christmas photo (sorry for filter/quality) was mine and I think I also put 2 coats?

I'm usually a huge fan of Modelones products and have never been disappointed before, but I guess there’s a first time for everything! To be clear, the quality of this polish is absolutely wonderful. The application is terrific, the pigment is deep, and it has a beautiful, smooth texture. There is plenty of magnetic glitter in it, which I love. It performs exactly as a premium polish should. HOWEVER, the color is a MAJOR FAIL compared to what was advertised. I specifically ordered this shade expecting a bright, fluorescent purple or grape, as the listing photos show. What I received is simply a regular grape color. I even tested it on clear, bright white, and black bases (as shown in my photo) to see if that helped. The white base was the only one that nudged it toward the advertised fluorescent look, but since the product page didn't specify a white base was required, and the color still didn't truly match the listing, I still am not happy. If you are ordering this polish expecting that vibrant, fluorescent look, you will be sorely disappointed. This is why, despite the otherwise perfect quality I've come to expect, I have to rate it lower—the color was the entire reason I placed the order, and I just didn't get it.

I thought I would need to only buy Apres products as they created the gel x system and they have high quality products, but I was so wrong. Modelones polish is absolutely amazing. It is great quality and the jelly finish is indescribably beautiful. You get a different effect depending on how many coats you choose to apply. I really like one coat of their milky white to be honest but ended up doing two. The photos I’ve attached to this review are of the jelly pink, 2 coats. Their jelly collection is so milky and looks so unique. The price is unbeatable for the quality. I’m in shock I’m spending $5 on Modelones polishes to love them THIS much as opposed to $12-$20 for one color from another brand. I have the milky white, the jelly pink, and I now ordeeed the jelly black which I would generally never consider but because I love these jelly polishes so much, I know it’ll be beautiful. Normally not a black polish girl but I know Modelones will nail it. ;) These are 1,000% worth your money. I don’t even think I’ll try out any other brands at least not for a while because there’s no need to. The quality and price of Modelones polishes are 10/10. UPDATE: I got two more Modelones colors and they are not at all what they look like in the product images. The solid nude is not nude at all. It’s more of a white with a hint of peach. Disappointing. And the silver cat eye is NOT a true silver like in the product images. It’s more of a metallic gray and made my hands look dirty. I spent 2.5 hours on removal and application only to redo it all the same day because I hated the color and returned it. Be careful with some Modelones colors. Overall happy with the jelly and milk series but nothing else.
