Ive been using model ones from Amazon EXCLUSIVELY since 2020 when the pandemic started and the salons closed. Since then I haven't had to pay for a SINGLE manicure because doing it at home is so easy and reliable with the model ones gel system. The gel lasts a long time, and my actual nails underneath have become much healthier, stronger and longer now than they ever were when I was getting them done professionally. For me, the key to at-home gel nails is that you should only use 1 coat of color so that everything cures properly. Some of the gel colors don't look great with 1 coat, so I just don't use those colors. Most look great with one coat as long as you know how to apply it evenly. There's a learning curve obviously but once you get the hang of it, there's no going back to paying $50+ for gel at the salon. I've ordered at least 5 different color sets and all have been consistent quality. 10,000 stars!!! Modelones is now in my favorite brands of gels. I have 60+ bottles of Beetles gel polishes, my favorite. Modelones is on par with them. I have some FZANEST and Gellen’s too, very good brands. I’d bought some disappointing sets before I found them so that’s all I buy. But I’m particular about certain colors, like pinks. This set is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer warm & neutral pinks especially when they’re pastel. My phone camera and lighting don’t do the colors justice, they look just like they’re advertised. I’ll be going through my collection to see what other colors I could use from Modelones. Also, some advice for gel polish, if the gel seems too thick, hold it in your hands or with your legs, or soak in a warm bowl of water. Cold temps thicken the gel a lot. Excellent product. Easy to use, the color doesn't shrink back like some of the other gel polishes I've used. It does everything that it's supposed to do perfectly. The only thing is, I'm not crazy about one of the colors and I would like it better if the glitter came separate, because it gets dulled by the polish. I am addicted to temperature, changing nail polish. I simply love how it changes colors. These are great!!!! As long as you prep your nails, this polish lasts at least 2 to 3 weeks. And I love the colors!!! The best color changing nail polish that I have found!

I have mixed feelings about this product. The the products defense I have not used a base or top coat and that probably is why it peels off easy and last at most a whole day. Now the colors are not extant you think you will have. White is not white. It’s more of a clear. Where there is white, that is actually clear. The colors are a bit translucent so you see your nail underneath. They are not completely sheer though and have some coverage. The color changing is SO FUN. I would recommend a topcoat on these though. They eventually peel off which I like so it helps prevent damage to my nails.
