I like the large clear drawings on the box that show how to install this. It fits my 20oz insulated tumbler perfectly. It is a very clever design. It helps to locate all the tabs pictured. It took me awhile to locate the tab that fits the holes in the big adjustment wheel and once I got that.. it was easy to attach to my walker which has 2" wide, flat sided frame components. I am so glad I found this cup holder! Our intended use is probably a little less conventional than most- instead of using it in a mobility device we attached it to a puppy pen panel that happens to be next to my husband’s recliner- a place he would be using a lot while recovering from surgery. It works PERFECTLY for our needs. There was a lot of thought that went into this device and it shows. They thought of everything to make the design flexible enough to be used in countless situations and configurations. After 2 replaced hips and a broken ankle, I noticed that the medical “support device” industry is rife with inventions in drugstores and online that only “kind of” work- some kind husband’s half hearted attempts to solve obvious problems like needing a way to slide compression socks on by oneself, bathing solutions and even just being able to carry things while using a knee scooter. But this cup holder nails it. Once you get the hang of using it, you’ll understand how clever it is. And… it’s made in the USA, and that’s fantastic!     • Didn't Meet my Expectations

The strap is too hard to secure for weak or arthritic hands. The up/down adjustment feature is clumsy, and not a sure/secure fit. The entire device is very light and flimsy.

Bought for a rollator, which is all odd angles. This thing works around that. However, the top part of the holder needs to be squeezed to lower. If my mother could do that she probably wouldn't need a walker. So it can't be folded up, and so of course she got it too close to the wall and scratched it. Also, the holder itself doesn't hold a glass of soda, it's too heavy and the bottom sagged down and tilted and spilled the soda. It was a 16oz glass filled 3/4, and it's not a heavy glass. THIS WAS BOUGHT FOR A WALKER AND I LITERALLY DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT. A GREAT IDEA AND IT WORKS WITH A LITTLE BIT OF TENDER LOVING CARE. I WORK EIGHT HOURS A DAY ON MY FEET ALWAYS AT A FAVORITE AMERICAN STORE STARTING WITH A W. I AM IN AN ORTHOPEDIC BOOT AND HAVE BEEN DUE TO A COMPLICATED ANKLE FUSION THAT WENT WRONG AND I HAVE QUITTE A WAY TO GO AND I HAVE TO WORK LIKE MOST PEOPLE. THIS IS THE ONE THING THAT HAS MADE MY LIFE SO EASY. I LOVE IT AND THERE IS ONLY ONE ISSUE. IT TENDS TO SLIP AROUND THE BAR ON THE WALKER NO MATTER HOW TIGHT YOU PULL THE STRAP. I BOUGHT BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE AND WRAPPED IT SEVERAL TIMES AROUND THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE CUP HANGER. EVEN WITH TAPE IT TENDS TO MOVE OFF TO THE SIDE THUS CAUSING CATCHING CLOTHES, ETC. EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I TAKE OFF THE TAPE AND PUT IT STRAIGHT AND REWRAP AGAIN. I LITERALLY WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT IT AND WHEN THIS ONE IS NO LONGER USEABLE, I'LL PURCHASE MANY, MANY MORE. I have an odd wheelchair: small 14x14" frame from Japan, French racing wheels. Been looking for a cup holder for a long time. This one works. It stays within the overall footprint of my chair. I haven't yet run it into anything. I have some concerns, 'though. The watchband-like strap was really hard to attach to my chair's 1" dia. tube and will likely break like watchbands do. The angle adjuster has discrete stops. If it were continuous I could adjust the holder to be upright, not at a slight angle (I don't have a true vertical or horizontal tube to attach it to). So a mug of tea can't be full nor a glass of wine. The holder will accommodate my tall water bottle, but you can see from the photo that it is quite large on a standard soda can. There are 2 stops for the upper ring: tall & short. Tall is almost too tall for the soda can. It would be better if the upper ring were continuously adjustable. Best feature - made in USA. Addendum January 2022: This cup holder has been in use on my wheelchair for almost a year and is still going strong. The strap shows no sign of breaking. It's gets folded/unfolded several time a day. I have run it into things. A friend was so impressed he bought 2 for his boat. I may do likewise. 2 more stars. ... show more

Cup holder comes with a rubber band to holded in place, this cup holder is not suitable for foam cups, it will cut into them and you will have an accident, but I can hold any other solid paper ups like the ones you get from McDs or your metal cups, it can folds to save space, the Company should redo the design and have a bolt(Clamp) to hold it in place, not a stretchable rubber band. By the way this cup holder is installed on a wheelchair. In the near future I will be looking for something else. ... show more
