It has good height, for someone who is tall like me. There is plenty of ventilation, if you want the windows open. I like that there is a vent window if you have an A/C or stove. The large canopy areas extend the functional area of the tent, and allow for comfortable outdoor areas. The zippers are sturdy and pull smoothly. The canvas is of good quality. The issue with the tent, for me, was a quality control issue. The pre-attached poles were not attached correctly. An attachment that was meant to be at the bottom of the pole was placed towards the top. No wonder the tent wouldn’t pop up, but kept falling over. After a lot of struggling with this large tent, we started checking all the attachments. That wasn’t the easiest of tasks. We finally found the problem and corrected it. After that, the tent went up quickly. By then, we were tired and hot and sweaty. It was about to start raining, so my pictures don’t have the tie downs in place. Hopefully, it is not a common issue with the tent. We are able to put it up and take it down in about 15 minutes now. ... show more

This is a nice roomy tent with plenty of space for camping gear and for comfortably spending time inside when the weather isn’t ideal. The setup process was easier than expected thanks to the instant-style design, and the attached poles help speed things along. I like the large windows and ventilation, which help keep the interior feeling open and airy. The vestibule area is especially handy for keeping gear out of the sun or providing some protection from rain while still keeping items easily accessible. The overall construction feels sturdy, and the included awnings provide additional shade around camp. It is probably a four star tent, but the manufacturers hide the flooring area; it sucks. The picture has blankets on the ground and an air mattress; you just assume there is floor there and not someone putting a blanket to cover a design flaw. Sure, it sets up easy. Two of us got this up in minutes. I'm guessing I could do it alone, but I am an experience camper who is quite tall, so I have extra reach. It is big as heck though, so you aren't taking this thing on most backpacking trips, if any. You'd have to be parked near the camp area or use it on your own property. And the rain fly and awnings aren't all that great. It is hard to set up and if you stake the awning down instead of attaching it to your own poles or a tree, it essentially just becomes some open storage area that is protected from the elements; you can't sit or stand under it because it is too low. ... show more

This tent is bomb!! This Mobi Garden Skylift 8 person tent was way bigger than I thought it was. In person, this thing is huge. It’s 7 ft tall inside. It took less than three minutes to set it up since it is a pop up. It has 2 doors, windows on every side and a skylight throughout the tent allowing airflow and natural light. It has a removable rainfly that is easy to attach. There is also a very large awning that attaches to the tent via zippers. Not only is this tent spacious but it is very functional. The tent has enough tent poles for the entire length of the awning which is different from other tents like this. It also has a removable divider that goes inside. We usually camp with a 14 person tent and it’s nearly the same size as this. Because it is so easy to set up, next time we camp, I’m definitely taking this tent instead. It’s so spacious, it’s easy to set up and take down. The price is right on point. I definitely recommend this one if you are in the market for a new 3 season tent. ... show more

The tent is great! It's so easy to set up, and kept us dry on the inside. It's very spacious but one of the rooms doesn't have a floor. Easy fix if you bring a tarp or something to lay down, but it feels like something that should have been built in.
