It's not a top dollar helmet, the face guard seems to be pretty thin. But I'm using it for a Grom clone. I won't be reaching triple digit speeds so it's good enough for me. It looks good and I've never had an expensive helmet but for my first helmet it seems comfortable enough. I'm happy with it. The helmet is very comfortable, lightweight, and fits perfectly. It feels a good quality. However, I'm not a big fan of the D-ring strap system. It's just the right size, more or less, but has poor ventilation. I'd recommend a wider cut for air pass through where the mouth is. Also a slightly longer neck slack on the nylon to secure the helmet in its "lock" position

    • SMELLS BAD
This helmet smells like straight cheeks. There were no instructions in the box. There is no buckle mechanism to strap your helmet other than to rings and a strap. There’s lots lot wiggle room between the fabric and the plastic. I guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered this helmet about 2 years ago and have ridden my super73 with it nearly daily. It’s cheaply made and uncomfortable due to all the hard foam and sharp plastic edges. The DD loop fastener is reliable and easy enough to use. It comes with an optional tinted visor that clips in easily. Despite all the necessary cost-saving measures, it kept my brain inside my skull when I got t-boned by a car on my way to work a couple weeks ago. While I wouldn’t necessarily recommend anyone get this over another, safer, more comfortable, better built, higher quality helmet at 3x the cost, it definitely does the job. ... show more
