This is a darling duvet cover for our granddaughter's room! The cotton is soft and it comes out of the dryer ready to put on the bed. I recommend low heat cycle on wrinkle resistant setting, then remove from dryer as soon as it's done. Our dryer has the steam refresh cycle with various heat settings. I put it on low and it's as if I've ironed it! One of my favorite things about this duvet is that it smelled wonderful even when it first arrived. There was not moldy odor or that funny smell that often comes from items left on container ships. I love this duvet cover so much. It’s girly and beautiful. . I’m a grown-up, but I love feminine things in this feels feminine and beautiful without being juvenile. I use it on the white side, and it has the perfect touch of pink. It’s 100% cotton so it’s soft and also doesn’t hold heat. It fits perfect with a king down duvet. I have had it for about eight months, washed it many times and it’s still perfect. I was a little bit worried when ordering this because of some of the reviews or lack thereof on the specific set that I bought which was the one pictured the floral sage green and beige set. I really really fell in love with the product photo and I really wanted that for my room for my cottage core antique style. One thing that I noticed that was weird and I'm not sure what's going on with it is that there's a few ads on Amazon with different companies with the same product photos, so I'm not sure who owns the business or what's going on there, but I ended up receiving the perfect product!!!! I ordered the king size for my queen size bed because I like how the comforter drapes over and I'm really happy with that decision. One other worry that I had was that it says cotton and some of the reviews are saying that they ended up receiving polyester or something when it says cotton and the comforter that I received says 100% cotton. So I was really happy about that. The color is great. The texture is very smooth and soft and feels really thick and high quality some of the stitching is a tiny bit questionable with a little bit of strings Hanging extra long in certain places along the seam, but that's no big deal as long as you wash it on a gentle cycle. And I would probably hang dry it to be honest with you or tumble dry on low maybe. I definitely wouldn't use extreme heat with other fabrics in the same load. Also, I don't mean there's holes in it or anything there's not. The stitching looks well made. It's just not really shaped up very well like it seems like they didn't cut some of the extra long strings in certain spots. The zipper is really good and the ties are great as well. One thing I don't like about it but I think it's actually my comforter, not the actual duvet is the ruffles that are along the bottom of the duvet aren't really visible due to the bulky comforter I have inside which sort of presses the ruffles underneath to where they're not visible because it sort of bends but I think I just need to do a lighter comforter insert to avoid that problem. I'm not sure yet. If you really want to see the ruffles I would recommend getting the same size duvet and comforter as your mattress and not upsizing so that you can really see the ruffles or just get a super thin duvet insert. I like the overhang Extra long look though This is a GEM! the price makes me cry inside but I was searching all over for a cotton cottage core duvet and this is WORTH EVERY PENNY. I think this duvet cover is very lovely. It’s light and feminine without being too floral. I was worried it would be a bit drab, but the color is subtle and cheerful. I love the sage green on the underside as well.
