This luggage must be made more slim (not larger than 8 inch) to fit smoothly. You have to force them inside personal item slot and this might make scratch marks on your bag. Because mine did. So sad. If you overpack the bag, it might not fit and make you charge!!! So think twice before the purchase. I think in the past they were small enough. But the bag they are manufacturing NOW might have been designed slightly larger. However the bag itself is Great !! Color is bright and rolls smooth and very durable.

I used this for one trip, and when returning the zipper has popped off due to luggage handling at the airport. Not sure if it’s poor design or if Southwest Airlines employees threw it off the plane, either way one use and it’s already broken

I love this little suitcase. It was the perfect size for carryon when you dont have too much to bring. It can fit snug under the seat and you'll still have room for your feet. It rolls smoothly and it's just so darn cute. Love that once side is zip up and the other is open. Feels very roomy. I love it.
