Excellent product. Just the right size for a small carry-on for Quik trips. The lock is very interesting and you can unlock the suitcase by pressing the button. There is also a code but I don’t use it. I love the color because it’s very feminine and just like me! By with no fear it’s really cute and very sturdy. Rotates in every direction. Quite disappointed. I ordered this suitcase for an upcoming trip and it arrived in such poor condition. Upon opening the box, I noticed scratches and scuffs on the suitcase and even found strands of hair! It’s apparent that this was a used product and I’m just terribly disappointed especially since it seems to roll well and looks otherwise well made.
