Cranberry red is a reasonable description. They are a bit of a purple red. The tan stitching around the edge worked well for me as my couch is a golden tan. Great value for the price! Perfect linen look with great stitching. Delivered in perfect condition. Definitely have a rough feel but not any worse than a wool pillow, in my opinion. The grey/white is absolutely beautiful! Love the yellow accent. I will definitely buy more!

Already starting to pill on surface fabric and fray at the edges from daily use and I've only had them 2 months Really disappointed I loved the style.... You truly get what you pay for... That should have been my first clue.

These pillow covers are so cute! They go perfectly in my living room. My only complaint would be that it was difficult to get my pillows in because the material doesn't give very much. I actually ripped a couple of seams by the zipper getting them in, but nothing serious enough to send them back. Could be that my pillows are kind of stiff to begin with. These are very nice pillow covers. Frankly, they're nicer in person than I'd expected. Very well made, expensive looking fabric. I marked 2 stars for softness because they're more durable than soft. These pillow covers seem fine. Not super soft, but sturdy. However, the color did not match my furniture. I return this item, but apparently the seller never received it. This has happened to me a few times this year, especially when I have used Whole Foods as a return hub. I am not sure why the items returned are not registering there, but I get penalized with a charge back every time this happens. It has added up to almost $100 just during the holiday season. I will ask for a receipt if I ever use Whole Foods in the future. Just a warning to others. ... show more

These shams are very well made. I love the pretty texture and the detail of the threading along the edge. The material isn't soft so if you're looking for a cuddly nap pillow, your face probably won't be comfy on this cover. One of my favorite things about it is that it doesn't collect cat hair at all. My cats love to lie on these but when they get up there are no fluffy tell-tale marks of them having been there. ... show more

MULEE tweed pillows. The pillows were slightly on the reddish orange side. The zipper was large and hidden - nice job there. The outer overstitching was done with yarn (not the strongest or most expensive look). The material is stiff. Almost like burlap. They do look nice on my bed for fall.
