The media could not be loaded. Dude! This was my most expensive and time consuming thermostat replacement. Since I was replacing water pump, belts and tensioner, to be on the safe side, I decided to replace thermostat as well. When I finish my repairs, I turned my egnition key on and from engine compartment came out smoke. As I looked for the problem, I found that my wire from thermostat going to ECU, melted and burned up all the way to ECU. I thought it was wiring problem, somewhere short. Replaced with new harness and this time 30 amp fuse blowed. After that I did troubleshooting again and I hound thermostat it self being grounded in both pins in the plug.😬 which caused the main ECU wire harness to burned up. Reinstalled my old thermostat, replaced 30amp fuse and car started up immediately. Ask yourself, is it worth of taking a chance on this product? I would not buy or install this product on my car. ... show more

Well built. Had very little uneven surface at sealing area. Looks good and functions well. Great replacement part for 2005 BMW 325i. Recommend purchasing. Price is most excellent too.
