I am just starting out to learn calligraphy. And these pens are the best fitting and easiest to make your scrolling look decent..... Other as I have tried are very stiff. And you don't get the nice quality print of the letter that you're trying to make.

Easy to Use. Great Pigments. Ive never done calligraphy before I bought them to write name cards and address envelopes for a party. They made my script nice but I cant speak much on calligraphy

    • I love them! Not for calligraphy. More for “Faux” Calligraphy and lettering
I love these pens! I see a lot of negative comments and they are correct in their sense... they are not calligraphy pens. HOWEVER, They are more for like “Faux” Calligraphy. I love them. They have different sizes so u can draw the small flowers and such like the whole fab is right now in the writing world. I’m a beginner so they were perfect for me. I haven’t used them in a few months and they’re a little fry so I’m sad ... looking for the ink. Oh yeah... they’re REFILLABLE! just trying to find them now lol ... show more

    • Good for beginners looking to practice with pens of questionable size and longevity
- Contrary to the experience of other reviewers, I received 6 pens as promised. - I could not translate the non-English script on the pens but figured out that I was sent 6 pens representing 4 different sizes: 3 (S 20- brush), 1 (S 21 medium?), 1 (S 22 fine?), and 1 (S 23 extra fine?). - Those are the 4 sizes shown on the packaging; but, sizes (S 21), (S 22) and (S 23) look the same (I may need to play with them more) - In any case, I would have preferred it if the set had provided 6 different sizes. - Since the Medium, Fine and Extra Fine look the same, it is probably good that the set included 3 brush pens (S 20). - Although I would not purchase this set again, I don't feel bad about having done so once. - The set was inexpensive and can used to practice my my hand lettering. - I am giving this product 3 stars ... show more
