So as soon as I opened this the type c insert was bent. Got it connected to my Xbox, controls worked, but the turbo and extra buttons don't work. Plugged in my headset and the headset jack doesn't work.

Using it with Xbox One S and it randomly looses connection with the console. Even though it's wired. I have to unplug it then plug back in for it to work again. Very aggravating while gaming.
