The mirror arrived undamaged, packaged very neatly & protected. The parts were taped to the cardboard so you don't have to fish around for the little bag of screws. The instructions are very clear. I assembled it with just a phillips head screwdriver. The screws did not pierce the front, Ifound they were just the right length. The brackets are strong enough to hold the mirror tightly. When I open and close the door where the mirror is hung, it does not feel loose or flimsy. However, I happen to have some felt furniture pads (the small circular ones), and I stuck a few to the door just in case my kids shut or open the door too hard. When I open or shut the door, the mirror barely moves, but when my kids need something from "moms" room, they barrel in like the Sheriff of Nottingham looking for taxes. The height of the mirror on the door is spot on too. I like to see head to toe before I leave for work to prevent another "navy shoe with black shoe" incedent. ... show more

I was concerned that the mirror would come damaged or shattered, like in some negative reviews. However, the mirror came perfectly intact! I ordered the white mirror on 8/13/18 and the hooks are a matching white. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for and I am happy with the purchase – especially for the price as I was surprised that most full length mirrors run over $100. This is great for people not looking to spend that much money and need something simple that saves space. Easy installation and you can screw the hooks in so the mirror can be higher or lower. What a smart product for small homes that don't have space to place a standing mirror in their bedrooms. Have hung this behind our bedroom door and it's great. Super easy to install and hang. I used it a lot during the pregnancy to keep track of the belly growth :) The only thing i don't like is that the door makes noise everytime we close it fully now which is annoying. ... show more

This is a nice quality mirror for the price! It was packaged well and easy to install (just need a screwdriver). I ordered the white mirror, and was pleasantly surprised that it came with white hardware, instead of the black ones shown. It comes with both over-the-door hooks and wall mounts. I used the over-the-door hooks, and they are thin enough that they do not interfere with closing the closet door. The mirror does swing a bit when opening and closing the door, but I don't mind as it's in our guest room. If this were going on a door that you use frequently, you would likely want to use some sort of adhesive to secure the bottom of the mirror. ... show more

I love this mirror! Very secure and well packaged. Comes with over the door hangers and a set of screws/anchors to directly place on the wall so you can have a choice on how to use. I chose the over the door style - you can choose to place the screws in the brackets at 3 different places to find the right height for you. Seems very sturdy on the door. Best of all, it was made here in the United States! I was hesitant to buy online since I had one previously that was very flimsy and fell off and broke. Shame, I had to change this from a 5 star rating to what it is now. The mirror looks nice and was easy to hang, when I stand close the reflection is very crisp and clear. But when I stand back there is noticeable distortion. Bob my body up and down and you can see it ripples like a fun house mirror. It's a shame because it completely defeats the purpose of a full body mirror if you have to stand inches away to get a non distorted reflection. ... show more

Mirror has no distortion. It hangs over my bedroom door. The metal hangers are white, which is good, because the door is white. Large enough for a full figure view, feet to top of head. Seems sturdy.

That you can hang this mirror on a door (and thereby save space) is really the only redeeming quality about this product... It's a sturdy mirror and generally appears to be well-made in terms of durability; having never bought a mirror online before, I was terrified that it would arrive cracked, which it thankfully didn't. It's a hefty mirror and much heavier than the typical flimsy ones you see at target for $10. All that said, and the reason this mirror really deserves 0 stars is that the mirror surface is covered with this glue-like, stringy substance—I don't know if this is from the packaging, or something else—which is impossible to remove..! I've tried wet wipes, an abrasive scrub, you name it. And in the process of attempting to clean the surface of this glue, it spreads and clouds, leaving this murky residual in splotches all over the surface. In the photos, I've circled (in blue) where the murky splotches are; it's hard to photograph the surface of a mirror but you can see the splotches super clearly in the second photo when I'm holding up a red blanket as the background. Basically there are a ton of these splotches all over the mirror's surface, rendering some parts nearly unusable.. I really wanted to return this product but balked at the idea of having to pay return shipping on it, considering the dimensions / weight would make for expensive return shipping.. I'm a constant amazon shopper and this is by far the worst purchase I've made on this site; super not worth the money. Go get a $10 mirror at Target. ... show more
