I absolutely live this,I can walk right in set up realitively easy only suggestion is to cut pool noodle in small pieces and put on upper ends,as we were installing the corner was sharp and cut tear in plastic.

    • A Budget Start for Overwintering – Works, But Be Ready to Baby It

I purchased this mini greenhouse primarily to overwinter small saplings through our Northern California winters. My experience is a mix of success and frustration, highlighting exactly what this product is—and isn't. The Good: Easy Assembly: Putting it together was fast and straightforward. Effective Cold Protection: When standing, it successfully protected my plants from light frosts and chill. It does create a noticeably warmer microclimate. Great Value for Space: For the price, the amount of sheltered space is excellent. The Critical Flaws (You MUST Know): A Wind Magnet: The single biggest issue. It has been knocked down multiple times by the wind. No anchoring provided. You must sandbag or stake it aggressively, and even then, gusts can get underneath. Zero Ventilation = Mold Risk: The only ventilation is the door. There is no way to get air moving without adding your own fan. I learned this the hard way as a first-time user: several nights of high humidity led to mold buildup on some plants. You must actively manage airflow to prevent this. Unstable Shelves: The wire shelves are not secured well. They fall off every time the structure is jostled by wind. I ended up having to tie each shelf to the frame with zip ties to keep them in place. Key Takeaways & Advice: It's a tool, not a solution. You cannot "set it and forget it." It requires daily check-ins for ventilation (prop the door, add a fan) and stability. Perfect for a learning gardener. This item is not wind resistant your plants isn’t protected and it’s not durable by a long shot. Whenever I first put it together I was amazed by how it looked , I was worried about how it would hold up against wind. It wasn’t up for 48hrs and it came down from a very lite wind. I’m very disappointed. I immediately packaged it up and sent it back to this customer, two months later I’m still waiting for my refund. I could not give enough stars to this product! this is a great item for the price and the small yard home owner. We grew all our seeds here during the last days of winter. and will be putting it away mid May since it will be no longer needed until winter again. To completely keep it enclosed we added a sheet of plastic at the bottom and sealed it with duck tape. this modification was needed because of the winters in the northwest are brutal. and will destroy your seedlings if temperatures are extremely low. love the price, quality, size, bug protection (deer and chickens as well) and easy to assemble. ... show more

    • The Perfect Little Greenhouse for My Deck
Size: 4'8" x 4'8" x 6'5" - 2025 Model
It's the perfect little greenhouse for my deck. I needed a greenhouse out there to protect my plants from critters who were eating my deck garden (we think packrat, but we aren't sure), and it does the trick. We placed concrete blocks all around the base - for extra critter security, as well as to make sure the thing stays down in the wind. It does get super warm in there, so there's usually quite a bit of condensation. I tap the outside to make it 'rain' inside. The plants love it in there. Just don't forget they still need to be watered because they're not actually getting precipitation. We ended up removing one of the middle shelves and putting the tomatoes on the deck to give them more height room to grow. So far, all my plants are happy and several of the ones that the critters decimated are starting to come back from the trauma. ... show more
