This is the best pillow ever. Having had meniscus surgery I have been searching and purchasing many other pillows. Nothing comes close to this. I do want to point out that I ordered the 4 in well but it was just a pinch too high and I personally don't think it helped my hips and backline. This 3-in pillow is the best. If you're contemplating I would say buy it you feel so relaxed your joints are relaxed and if you've had any surgeries or anything on your ankles or knees or feet this does wonders. The size of the pillow extends from your ankles all the way to the top of your thigh if your legs are vent. It's a little bit large but it most certainly does the job where others come short ... show more

Surprisingly effective! I don't use this every night -- just when my back, knees, or hips are bothering me and it offers pain relief. I can use it on both sides and when I lay on my back. Some pros: - I love the length of the pillow, as it fits the length of my legs pretty well (I'm 5'6"). - I also love the little groove in the middle. Like someone else's review said, I'm not sure why that works... but it does. - It works great for side or back sleeping, in my opinion. It's firmness/softness is good for both. Some cons (I guess?): - It's fairly difficult to move under the sheets, so when I roll from side-to-side it does take a little bit of acrobatic work with my legs. This could be related to the pillowcase I use too. - My husband occasionally gets poked with the pillow, lol. If you sleep alone or don't like to cuddle with your partner, this will not be a problem. - I have not tried to wash this pillow yet (I use a pillowcase), but I don't imagine it would be an issue. ... show more

The pillow is as described but it should be thicker. 3” doesn’t really work to alleviate sciatica back pain . Again it’s ok the size is listed but it doesn’t really help . It is made well and stitching seems good it should be twice as thick.

Perfect for side sleeping. Supportive and comfortable. Love that is supports my whole leg without taking up too much bed space. The simple seem down the middle seems to be the perfect spot my knee finds while sleeping. My hip pain is gone. Highly recommend. Way better than a simple pillow and way more comfortable than those little between the leg supports that have a strap and don't support the rest of the leg ... show more
