    • Coral Faux Leather better quality than other colors
I bought this bag in Coral and Sea Blue. The biggest takeaway is that the Coral faux leather is a finer pebble which is smoother, more pliable, and actually feels and looks more luxurious. The blue is a courser, larger pebbled faux leather that feels and looks less luxurious. I was a little disappointed when I got the sea blue bag. Looking closer at all the different colors pebbling in the photos, Coral seems to be the only fine pebble while the rest are like the sea blue. Another difference between the blue and coral is that the coral had the brand name “Hoxis” pressed into the inside pocket. The blue didn’t have any branding on the inside pocket. Overall, I LOVE this bag more than I thought I would. It’s the perfect size for my shortness (5’1)...Mostly because the width of the bag isn’t too large. It fit my 13in padfolio and my 15in laptop, though I wouldn’t always carry both together as I’m certain the straps wouldn’t last too long. I plan to use these bags as work (padfolio, no laptop) and beach/pool totes. For the beach, a beach towel would not fit in the bag with all the normal beach stuff. For the price it’s about what you’d expect. I can’t fault this bag too much considering it was under $20. I normally carry Dooney, Coach or Michael Kors bags but I needed something yellow and affordable. This is definitely not that tier and no one is going to mistake this for even a mid level bag. The appearance is overall very cheap but it does the job it’s designed for. It does hold things and is spacious. It’s not falling apart but I’ve only used it one day so can’t speak to longevity. Just know that you’re wanting something a bit more refined and polished, spend a few extra dollars and get something from Penneys for $50 or something. It could use another pocket and the finishing of the edges is what really makes it appear like a cheap bag. I was not looking for a tote bag for my knitting class-I have all shapes and sizes. I came upon this lovely tote by accident and when I saw it came in PURPLE it had my name on it and I had to have it. To be honest I expected it to be of low quality because of the price. Boy was I ever surprised. First and foremost the color is absolutely gorgeous purple just as shown. I cannot believe the quality, its great, comfortable, I can put it on my shoulder and it includes a little surprise, a little pouch/wallet. Its perfect for holding misc items for crafting. Its faux leather but you would never guess unless you get up close and touch it. I love this tote and will only use this one going forward. Great color, great storage, great price.
