This is an okay projector for personal use. We decided to use it in a game room instead of purchasing. The image is clear and the sound quality is better than expected. It showed well on both a white wall and a wall mounted projector screen. It is good for now, nothing special. If you are looking for top notch quality this won't be what you are looking for. The media could not be loaded. The picture is extremely clear and fairly bright. The Miracast lags like most projectors with this feature. It took less time for this projector to gather dust that shows up in the image than my old projectors. Great sound for projector speakers. All around an OK buy but I would put more time into searching if dust and laggy mairacast is an issue for you. ... show more

Cannot even use it. No way to turn it on. Very inconvenient that i have to go and buy another piece to be able to use it if I decide to. Update:: I was able to use an old laptops power adapter. Which is ok I guess. As far as the connectivity. Netflix doesn’t allow screen mirroring. Disney + gives error messages claiming the projector needs to be connected to the wifi but the wifi is connected. None of our laptops or iMac are hdmi compatible. So the only way that I was able to use this was by connecting our Xbox through hdmi. The sound quality on it is awful. Going to figure out a possible way to connect it to my stereo. That way we could add bass too it as well. The lens was very dirty. It was full of finger prints. All in all I give it a 3 star rating ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When I saw this little video projector at a low price on the list of possible items to review as an Amazon Vine product, I jumped at the chance. Over the years as a professional archaeologist I have been asked to give dozens of public lecture to audiences of fewer than 10 to more than 2000. In the early days it was 35mm slide shows using Kodak Carousel projectors, then with PowerPoint slides with an relatively small LED projector with a VGA only connection to a desktop or laptop, then finally a small LED projector like this one but with only an HDMI port, but this Allyoung has just about every kind of connector you might reasonably want for connecting with image sources: VGA, HDMI, USB, SD card, Miracast and other input formats to mirror your Apple or Android phone screen. It was easy to connect to my house WiFi. I’m no expert on all these but did make it work with VGA, HDMI, and Miracast using a 3rd party app on my Samsung phone. I could not get USD to work with any of my flash drives and did not try an SD card. There is no stand alone Bluetooth, though the symbol appears on the images on the Amazon page. No big deal for my needs; I am mostly likely to use my laptop HDMI and that input or the WiFi. The unit has an AV input (cable provided) as will and also will supposedly drive external speakers. It does have an adequate internal speaker for individual or small groups. It comes with a simple remote that works well (needs 2 AAA batteries). It comes with a variety of other cables, including a very good HGMI cable. The quality of materials looks good on the outside. I’ll need some time to see how the projector handles the bumps and bruises of travel and use. Now, there was one BIG problem that Allyoung MUST fix. I had not noticed the power cord when I unpacked it, but at the wall outlet end, it had a two-prong EU and similar country two-prong plug. If you’ve traveled much out of North America, you’ll likely recognize it. See the images below. I do travel so had the necessary adapter. That worked fine. I won’t ask for a replacement cord, but if other units have been sold in the US this way, then Allyoung and Amazon can expect justifiable complaints from buyers. Now, about the image quality: the claim is for a 5000 Lumen brightness, which is good for small rooms, and has native 1080p resolution. It can throw a useable image even in a light room at the size and distances from the screen (for this review, a beige-painted wall) that the Amazon product images show. I tried it at about 6 feet from the wall and got a reasonable 65 inch image, then out about 8 feet got about a 90 inch image. I have no doubt that it can provide the 125 inch image size advertised. This is adequate for most small room lectures. It is a table “mount” projector, but no tripod mount as I saw on a similar size projector (in one of the 5 videos about this projector on the Amazon page). There is a very good keystone correction ring which probably will get lots of use. There is also a good focus ring, but no zoom function. Moving the projector itself forward or backward is the only option for image “zoom” (not that big a deal really). This is really a quiet unit, and it runs cool. Bulb life is listed at 50,000 hours, which if accurate, will go far beyond my needs. The five videos on the Amazon page are mostly good approximations, but I wanted to see how it looked in relatively bright light conditions, so the images were projected with the unit on my dining room table. Two windows with shades up were directly left of the table, but there was plenty of light from the open adjacent living room windows. No overhead lights are on. The images you’ll see below are the package contents, including the power cord plug and adapter then a football game video using the screen mirroring from my phone. I think this unit will work pretty well for both projected films and videos in a dark room and a decent screen, but it won’t have the quality of your 65 in. LED TV picture or sound. I have to admit that I am relatively impressed with this little $72 unit that weighs less than my laptop and far less than my office portable projector (yes, which provides better images certainly). There are now lots of similar mini units, so look around to see if others will better meet your needs. As for me, this unit will be my go to projector for all of my small-to-midsize audience talks. ... show more

For the price this is a good deal. Picture quality is very good, Distance is great around 120". Bluetooth is not included, and it seems by other reviews they are all being delivered with EU plugs. I had extra of the USA plug so wasn't an issue. just be aware of the issue till it is rectified. Doesn't come with a screen, but they are like $20 and the low price on this projector reflects that. I definitely recommend even with the few issues listed. Has a 1/4 standard mount hole in the bottom for mounting. All in all great little projector. UPDATE: So while comparing with 2 other projection TV's I was doing a test for distance. This $70 projector will focus adjust farther then even a $200+ Projector. This takes me saying buy it up a notch. The biggest blow up outdoor screen is AVG. 20 feet or 230", this can do that and be in focus. The inflatable screen will cost you more then this projector :) ... show more

I share picture to it both from the phone and from usb, but most of all I liked it by connecting the android tv box to hdmi. very good quality and very good sound, in the photo and video you will see everything yourself, the image size is about 40x72 inches, I just look at the white wall ... show more
