It comes with everything you see, and it is reasonably priced and reasonably powerful for what it is. You can run it directly off of a cigarette lighter adapter (power plug) in your car, or with the rechargeable batteries. I hooked it up and ran it and it seemed to do what it says. My main issue is the documentation is quite sparse. It does not really tell you what all of the accessories are for. You kind of have to figure it out for yourself. There are a few extensions, and a plastic shroud which I think goes for the random orbital attachment. Maybe someone with more knowledge can post something. Cheers.

First the chuck got locked on and I couldn’t get it off. I literally had to disassemble the drill to use vise grips on the main head to get the chuck off. The speed is sufficient. It’s easy to use like a kids toy. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money. It’s not durable. The battery life isn’t great. I’d say it functions again, like a kids toy.
