Didn’t even have this iron for a month. Worked amazing in the beginning. Then went to unplug it and the wire that connects to the iron part, the metal inserts came right now. Put them back in and iron never turned on again.

The iron works as it should, but be very careful as it gets very hot. You have no control over temperature. Keep curious individuals away when using as unfortunately we had a second degree burn occur to an adult in our family.
