While this is a very well made tool, it's power is very weak. After letting the tool charge to 100%, I was not pleased with the lack of power that it put out. This tool would be much better if it had more power. I was recently sent a replacement tool and I must admit the customer service is excellent. And the tool works great. This tool has the power that I need and plenty of bits to interchange. Thank you very much for the very quick response from customer service. I truly recommend this tool and merchant!

I dont normally leave reviews but this whole process has been frustrating. I will start off with the drill works perfectly! its a great value and I love using it! The issue is that I ordered 3 of them and all them have had the same issue. None of the charging cases work for it. I tried to contact the manufacturer and have been met with silence. Amazon tried rectifying it by starting the refund process on the second one (the first replacement) and received the third today. Everytime I connect these boxes to any of the chargers I own, it shuts off the charging boxes. as much as I love this tool, I cant imagine paying 50 dollars for a single charge use drill, all of them will be going back. Attached are photos, one shows the charger not connected to the device with the power signal showing that its active. the other has the case plugged in, with no lights one, along with the charging indicator being dimmed. Update: Their customer service reached out to me and we're very kind and courteous. I did go through 2 more replacements, but the second one finally worked. 5 stars on communication and customer service. Thank you Connie for helping. You were wonderful to work with.

This is a really nice kit of bits and screw drivers. I needed to fix a chair. It drilled the pilot hole reasonably well, but there wasn't enough power to put in the screw even with the adjustable torque. I live in a small space and I was hoping this would be good for small repairs because it takes up so little space, but I had to resort to the manual screwdriver.
