    • Broken/not working upon arrival

This was a Christmas gift and it was broken upon arrival. There were 2 issues that I found immediately after trying to use the drone: 1. It comes with 2 battery packs, but 1 would not physically fit/stay in the drone. It was like the plastic is malformed so it cannot work. This means I could only fly the drone for about 10 minutes, then have to charge the battery because the second one won't work. 2. A piece of the plastic below one of the propellers was snapped when it arrived. I can adjust it temporarily to get it to fly, but as soon as the drone lands/crashes, the plastic moves again into the area of the propeller so it cannot properly spin. I thought about trying to glue it, but I think it may cause the weight to be off if I do so. Unfortunately, I cannot get any refunds b/c it was purchased early for Christmas and unopened until then and I'm sad to be out nearly $100. It would be nice if the seller would replace the broken parts, but I don't see an option for that. ... show more
