For something that's about the size of a Hot Wheels, it works good. I like that it has a speed setting on the controller, sure helps when you are trying to back up that trailer. I am not sure exactly what i expected, but am pretty impressed with how durable the little set is. It has fallen of the table a few times (on to carpet) and it just keeps going
