The first one arrived rusted and bent even though the shipping box was not damaged. But I really liked the looks, so I requested a replacement. The 2nd one was not damaged and looks great. The sturdiness and durability isn't very good. I've purchase this less then 3 months ago and the too handle of the wood claw is loose. I've tried to screw it back but it lost its grip on it. The panel came really bent and the brush is only missing a screw but a screw whole. So the Handel is loose. part of the building process you have to take the screws out of the frame put the bottom on and then re-screw the screws in which sounds simple enough. It seems it might’ve been painted after the screws were inserted so they were very difficult to take out and required heavy duty pliers. Once removed and we put them back in they didn’t go in flush with the bottom they still stick out so the whole rack wobbles and doesn’t sit flat. ... show more
