Came in the plastic bag like other reviewers have noted. I got my security screw bits out to see if it is counterfeit. It appears to be the genuine Milwaukee battery. My gen2 Stubby breaks a lug nut free faster than my XC3.0 from from home depot.

Did not come in a blister pack, came in plastic wrap in a box but functioned as intended and looked as-new. Everything was to expectation other than it being loose, would buy again though.
