Used 1 blade and another 1/2 blade to cut 8 I-Beams 10" x 4" in half. Still had over 1/2 a blade left. Best such wheels I ever used. Milwaukee makes great tools.

    • It Cuts.
Works OK.. I had to cut some 1/8 " stainless steel 90 degree brackets and nothing I had would cut them. I ordered these cut off wheels and they worked pretty good. I cut them with out putting a lot of pressure on the wheel as I didn't know if the wheel might start coming apart. So far so good. They haven't come apart. I am gradually putting more pressure on each one I cut. I have cut several brackets as I need them and still using the first wheel. ... show more

The first blade out of the pack started off perfectly but ended up a bit notched and broken (I abused it a little bit). It still held together until I got the saw stopped and changed the blade out for a new one. Highly recommended (along with wearing a face shield and safety glasses while using).

    • Actually works
I struggled with multiple methods and products to cut sheet metal roofing. This works, cuts a straight line. Be mindful of the sparks, there is a lot of sparks so wear gloves, sleaves, and eye protection. Also I found that the blade wore down faster when I was cutting multiple sheets at once.

    • Used this for 7" angle grinder for cutting up old marine boat trolley track
Early in "life" of disc it cut very well and of course deeper. Track pieces could then be handled as they weighed much less than whole. This was much faster than using a cutting torch. Overall, great product. If you have similar needs this is the way to go without buying plasma cutter. Track sections were 12' long and very heavy.
