I've worked in the Airline industry for over 29 years as a mechanic. I have ruined my wrist and hands by "turning wrenches" all those years. I saw some of the new guys with these things and had to borrow one one day. I never realized just how much I needed this tool. It has plenty of power/torque for anything I've worked on yet. Milwaukee has indeed put a lot of time and energy into making this not only a NEEDED tool but one you can no longer live without. This thing is a time-saver like you wouldn't believe! And I don't have sore and achy wrists anymore. Value for the money? Oh yeah! I've spent way more on tools I don't use anymore. Its not too big for your hand and it fits in most tight spaces. These things are tough! I've seen guys drop these from as high as 13 feet and it still work like normal. Torque, Fit/Size, Value, Durability, Quality you can trust. So far I haven't found ANY reason NOT to get one of these. It's your money, I suggest you spend it wisely and get yourself one of these and quit torturing yourself. ... show more

Professional technician here use this tool regularly every day lasted for years when it finally messed up rebuild kit was cheap easy to install and works well Would hardly recommend anything else even though much much more expensive tool truck tools don’t compare especially considering the price difference Milwaukee over snap off any time ... show more

Whether your’re handy or not this tool is a must on any basic tool box. Ratcheting has never been easier with this, and you can’t beat Milwaukee quality. Granted it won’t torque bolts but you can leave that to a torque wrench and you won’t be able to break a tight nut because its not an impact but you can use an impact gun for that. 50+ years mechanic experience. Purchased thinking it would be handy for some smaller fasteners that are readily accessible. I WAS WRONG! I use this little ratchet all the time for all kinds of places. My 3/8" cordless ratchet hardly leaves the drawer. Yes, you may need to loosen some fastners first, but for 9/16" or14mm and smaller this almost never letsl me down. Definitely recommend. ... show more
