In the last year I've spent over $1000 on Milwaukee M12 and M18 tools for work. This ratchet, as well as the other tools are dependable & run well. I specifically chose this model Milwaukee ratchet because it has a higher torque than the other 2 models, even though it isn't as fast.

A co worker had one and I knew immediately it was soon to be part of my Milwaukee arsenal. The beefiness of the head tells you it’s heavy duty. I do some body and maintenance work at home and this is almost a must have. Plenty of power with a 6.0 amp battery. No regrets

    • Be careful, I broke the first nut I was tightening because this thing is a beast.
This electric ratchet has incredible torque, decent speed and lots of battery life. I think it's the top of ratchet game when it comes to electric powered ratchets.

    • MILWAUKEE what more needs said?
I never really had a need for one of these milwaukee ratchets. Or so I thought. I bought it because though I'm no longer a mechanic, years of being one ruined my hands. This little guy makes working on stuff easier now. It doesn't have a lot of torque, but bolts can be started and finished like it is a regular ratchet. I haven't had it long but I've used it for several hours of work and it lasts quite a while on a little 2Ah battery. It isn't a fix all and doesn't replace a good ratchet set bit is a welcomed addition to my tool collection. ... show more

Not sure what the deal is, but it came just thrown in a big box with a battery I ordered separately, no factory packaging on this one, which I find odd, but that said, it looks new and functions ok.

Rachet showed up very quickly. Ordered on Friday received on Monday. Product box was absolutely destroyed but all contents inside were perfectly fine. Tool looks and operates as it should. Would order again
