    • No Box, No Invoice, No Warranty Info, No Operator's Manual.
Milwaukee M12 Fuel Hackzall received loose inside box with other item I ordered. It had no manufacturers packaging, no invoice, Operator's Manual (which can be found on Milwaukee web site), usage, or safety instrructions. Manufacturers Make, Model, Serial Number label on saw was covered by a sellers lable with the model #. No warranty information was included. Milwaukee has a five year warranty on the tool, which is shown in the Operator's Manual I downloaded. I inserted an M12 Battery I have from a Milwaukee drill that I have, and the tool does operate. I will try it on some palm tree pruning tomorrow, and decide if I will keep it after that. ... show more
