I bought this because I needed a liner to stay in my waterline for at least 8 hours. This product works so well, & it does not irritate my eyes at all. It stays where I put it. The couple times I fell asleep before removing it, I woke the next morning with it still on! Not all over my eye but in the same place I originally placed it. Mind you it was faded but it was still visible. It works so well and is very affordable! I highly recommend this liner truly does what it says it does. With all others I have tried I either got an almost allergic type reaction like there was something in my eye, and my eyes were irritated. And the liner was invisible. For my friends and I, we will use nothing else. A product that lives up to the hype and does what it says it does.

I ordered this product based on a YouTube review of tight-lining eyeliners that stay where you put them. This product does exactly what it claims to do. I've been using Milani lip products lately and have been impressed with the quality for it's price. I'll be trying more products in the Milani line based on performance of this eyeliner. The pigment is rich and fits the color description as well. Really a 5 star product.

Finally have found an eyeliner that stays on! I have watery eyes and despite reviews on other eyeliners, this one stays put. The price is incredibly cheap which makes it even nicer, I would recommend this product.
