Before I proceed I have to say that they have a great customer service. I'm sure they're not here in the US but they get back to people in a timely manner. Something that must be clear and kept in mind is that this is for home use therefore you can't expect to have the stability of the regular gym equipment. Mine is sitting on a 1/2" rubber mat and it is pretty stable. Another factor is that I'm only 154lbs so it doesn't shake too much due to my weight. Assembly is pretty simple. With the help of the instructions and a video from YouTube, was an easy task. Quality - I'll give it a 9 from 1 to 10. The reason why is the paint starts to chip off too soon from the safety bars. Nothing wrong with that because it doesn't affect the performance of them. Another reason why is a 9, is because the thread of the nuts that are built into the frame where you can store the weight plates, was stripped and couldn't tighten up the screws. I must say that I contacted the manufacturer and they corrected the issue. Actually, I was very surprised and happy with the way they handled it. I won't get into details. Performance - I'll give it a 9. Again, considering this a home power rack, is somewhat narrower than the regular gym equipment, making it feel weird when doing chest exercises like the one where you set the handles all the way to the top. Pull ups are uncomfortable too due to the short length of the bar and the steep angle at the ends. I feel my hands start to slide down due to the steep angle. It's not the end of the world, at least for me, but if you have a wider frame then it's going to feel way worse. The same thing happens with the lat pull down bar that comes with it, steep angles and kind of short. I decided to remove the feet attachment to do row exercises. This could be just because I don't have too much room in the bedroom where I set it up but I did notice that the range of motion is too short. The angle of the attachment pretty much limits you to do the exercises seated on the floor. Cannot do it sitting on the bench. The rollers are pretty smooth and even though they tend to tangle from time to time. It's just a matter of untangling them and they work fine. I've noticed this with the heavy plates, 45's though. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase which I've had for the past three months. I love cable exercises because of the constant tension on the eccentric part of the movement. I also like it because I was able to do rack pulls again and perform a series of exercises that I couldn't do before the purchase. One thing to add, when doing rack pulls I use a couple of pcs of plywood to bring my knees to the correct height. This is because of the location of the first holes on the rack. As you can see, you have to play with it and be a little creative, but it is a nice rack. Would definitely recommend it despite the above mentioned. A gym membership these days is around 50 bucks, at least here in NYC so do the math. I hope this review is of any help for those thinking about getting it. Thanks !!! ... show more

Style Name: (Pack)Red Cage with Red Bench
I had some issues with delivery as many others have noted. The power cage comes in 3 boxes and the bench in a 4th box. They made 4 trips, on 4 different days, with the SAME truck and delivery driver, to deliver all the parts. The most inefficient and confusing and money-wasting delivery process i've ever seen. However, once I finally got everything in, the cage was easy to build, I did it just by myself( though it recommends 2 ) and it was easy to follow and easy to build. The cage is also quite sturdy and the cable system is very smooth, almost like a commercial unit. So, if weird shipping doesn't bother you, this unit is a very good overall power cage and gym setup. I've been lifting for 25 years and I can do just about everything I want on it, plus some stuff i didn't even know it could do! ... show more

I was between this one and another that cost about $100 more. Shipped in 3 boxes that I received all at same time. My 14 year old son helped with assembly and we were done in less than 2 hours. Overall it seems very stable and the pulley system is smooth.

My wife and I built this in 2 1/2 hours. Instructions were very clear to read and understand. Overall very good material. Only complaint is that the cable sliders are not very smooth but I think its install error. Overall great value, lots of accessories to get you started.

So far I love everything about this squat rack. The cables are smooth, the accessories get the job done but you might want to upgrade them. The only issue I have is one of my beams had a bend at the attachment plate. Still functional but clearly damaged. Also some paint chips where it looks like the rails were dropped prior to packaging. Great addition to our garage gym, red is a nice break from all the black weights. Super sturdy, took 2 adults 2 hours to put together - follow the directions carefully! Feels very sturdy, looks great.

The product comes in three large, heavy boxes. The manufacturer suggest 2 people to move the boxes around. You can move them around if you're only one person but the combo of size and weight makes it awkward. I was a little concerned about damaged or missing pieces based on how some of the boxes arrived (one box had a huge gaping hole) and hearing a lot of rattling inside on of the boxes. Luckily, nothing was missing. However, some pieces were slightly scuffed one piece was bent (see pic). Assembly was pretty straightforward. If you can assemble IKEA furniture, you can assemble this rack. One thing to note is that there are two bolts that are similar in size and very easy to confuse one for the other. So check (and double-check) you are using the right bolt for a given location. The package does include tools for assembly but I recommend using a 17mm socket/ratchet and wrench instead as the included tools are not big enough to give you good leverage. The spacing between the holes for rack attachments is 4". This may or may not be an issue for you. There are other racks with closer spacing. The cable crossover system works well and is very smooth. The assembly does have springs to accommodate a hard landing but I prefer to err on the side of caution and not slam the weights down. The only thing I don't like about this power cage is the weight and barbell storage rack. This seemed flimsy to me. I decided to remove it altogether. I have another weight tree in its place. One thing to note... the main cage posts are 50 x 70 mm. There aren't many other cages out there with the same dimensions. So there aren't many attachments you can purchase for this cage and the manufacturer themselves do not make any. So if you're looking to add any attachment to this power cage, make sure it is one that will fit! Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking to have their own home gym. ... show more
