I spent quite a bit of time making sure I installed these correctly. Yet, the brake pedal one seems to like to slip sideways. I've even taken them off and re-tightened them. I just make sure they're on before I drive anywhere, but it's an inconvenience and could be dangerous as the first time it slipped off was when I was driving. Written instructions are hard to follow and inaccurate. YouTube video is easier to follow but assumes the pedal extensions have been assembled for your application.
