I ordered a complete mower with two batteries and the charger. The box it came in said batteries and charger included and they were NOT. I made sure when I ordered the mower that the items were included. I think the company changed the order and sent me a tool only. I would never order a tool only. Very very unhappy with Milwaukee. They said there is nothing they can do. Be very careful if you order from them. Document everything. ... show more
