First time using pimple patches, and I am actually shocked. I have two pimples that just will not go away. One on my neck that was small to medium, just would not come to a head and move on! I have sensitive skin so the amount of redness is ridiculous. After one use for six hours there was great improvement, and the pimple is almost gone. It has softened and come to a head. I’m thinking one more use will do it! I’m telling you, this thing was stubborn! I have cystic acne and have been dealing with a hard pimple (literal quarter size lump) on my cheek. After one use of the pimple patch (actually had to use more than one to cover it)…did it go away? No lol it didn’t, but it is significantly softer and sure felt a whole lot better. I will definitely keep using these and plan to buy some more! I highly recommend. For someone with cystic acne, I can’t help but feel my life is changed a little bit. 😊

These things are amazing. I’ve had persistent acne since I was a teenager and well into my 30s. Now, as a 40 year old, I only get pimples occasionally. For some reason I’ve had quite a flare up lately. Thanks hormones. I came across these and figured it was worth trying them. I wish I’d had these when I was younger. I would have so much less scarring now as an adult. I’ve seen reviews complaining that these are expensive, but I disagree. 12.99 for 36 patches that make my pimples less inflamed within a day or two is well worth the price. I had a particularly large pimple between my eyebrows. It was so inflamed and painful. I have be been using the patches for less than 24 hours and they have already shrank the zit significantly. If I consider what it would look like if I’d let it be without picking/popping or if I’d picked it and made it more inflamed, I’d pay the $12.99 every time. I will definitely be buying more of these for backup.

My wife love these to deal with any random pimples that pop up out of nowhere. As an esthetician my wife takes a lot of pride in her skin and she knows as well as anyone that you cant stop all acne from showing up, so when she has a random pimple that pops up that she wants to get rid of quickly then this is her go to product. She will put one of these on the spot before she goes to bed and by the time she wakes up in the morning most of the time it is completely gone or it has significantly reduced from the night before. They are super easy to use and we just keep a pack in our bathroom for when ever she or anyone else every needs one we have them handy!

I’ve been using the Mighty Patch face patches for a while now, and they definitely help reduce the appearance of pimples overnight! They do a great job of absorbing excess oil and bringing impurities to the surface, speeding up the healing process. One of the standout features is how discreet they are—you can wear them throughout the day without drawing attention. Plus, they stick well and don’t peel off easily, which is a huge plus. The only downside is that they work best on certain types of pimples. If you have deep, cystic acne, they might not be as effective. But for surface-level blemishes, they do the trick.

I always keep a pack of Mighty Patch on hand because it truly works. Any time I feel a pimple forming or see one starting to come up, I stick one of these on overnight and by morning, most of the gunk is pulled out and the spot looks calmer and flatter. They stay on well (even while sleeping), don’t irritate my skin, and are barely noticeable — I’ve even worn them during the day. I love that they don’t dry out the skin like harsh creams do. They’re a bit pricier than generic patches, but honestly, they work better, and I always come back to them.

Effective on whiteheads. Sucks bacteria/pus/infection out of the clogged pore You're left with a white blob on the sticker. Change it out every 6 to 8 hours. You want a nice airtight seal. Starts reducing the inflammation immediately. No popping. No scarring. Quick and effective. I let these sit around in my medicine cabinet for almost a year. Recently, I got a big zit probably from using coconut oil on my hair...and days of retin A, AHA/BHA, and light pressure were not working so I decided to try this and I am so glad I did. Definitely see if it works for you.

I have really sensitive skin, so I’m always nervous to try new acne products, but Mighty Patch seriously impressed me. It didn’t leave any residue and didn’t irritate my skin at all, which is rare for me. I put one on a breakout before bed, and when I woke up, the pimple was basically gone. I even tried it on some acne scars overnight, and it actually made a noticeable difference. My scars looked way lighter and smoother after just one use. This is officially part of my routine now. Within 24hrs or less my onset set pimple is gone. Love these. I prefer the clear ones as they are less noticeable, but I rather some one look at this patch vs a pimple that is red and grows into a larger zit that takes weeks to disappear. It sticks through sweating, prefect size for covering yet not stand out while on your face. The durability of these patches are nice and thin yet holds a grip on your skin. Worth the money and time you'll save on healing in the long run
