I bought the Mighty Patch for my son and they really work! After the first night, his pimples looked flatter and less red. They’re easy to use, stick well, and don’t irritate the skin. Perfect for keeping breakouts under control without harming the face. I really recommend them.

Works very well. It is mainly best for mild to moderate acne and removes the dirt, pore clogging gunk and in some cases the whole pimple. It works by gradually over the course of 6 to 8 hours or more with special ingredients provided in the patch to minimize the pimple and pull the dirt, gunk as well as pimple out. You will notice that it’s working when the patch looks like it puffed up or has residue under it. If your acne has been around for several weeks or is severe, it won’t work. You can leave them on overnight or for the recommended time frame. They aren’t as invisible as they claim to be and the pictures/description are kind of deceiving. They have a slight yellow color to them and can be seen over top of each pimple. Overall? I love these for mild to moderate acne.

I’m really impressed with these patches! They’re thin and truly invisible, so I can wear them during the day without feeling self-conscious, and they stay in place overnight.
