INGREDIENTS AND SAFETY What I love most about these is the simple, high-quality ingredient list. They are made of 100% medical-grade hydrocolloid, which is a natural fluid-absorbing gel. There are no harsh chemicals, parabens, or sulfates involved, making them safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. They work by creating a sterile environment that pulls out gunk while keeping the area hydrated for faster healing. VALUE FOR MONEY While these might seem a bit more expensive than generic brands, the value for money is definitely there because they actually work the first time. The Mighty Patch Invisible Patches are by far the best acne patches I’ve ever used! They are ultra-thin, discreet, and stick really well throughout the day without peeling off. I love that they come in both medium and small sizes, so they fit perfectly on different spots and blemishes. Most importantly, they are very effective — they visibly reduce redness and help draw out impurities overnight or during the day, making pimples heal faster. These patches stay invisible, which is a huge plus. I’ve tried many acne patches before, and none work as consistently and reliably as these. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with zits or blemishes! They may cost more than other options, but they are worth the additional cost. Works very well. It is mainly best for mild to moderate acne and removes the dirt, pore clogging gunk and in some cases the whole pimple. It works by gradually over the course of 6 to 8 hours or more with special ingredients provided in the patch to minimize the pimple and pull the dirt, gunk as well as pimple out. You will notice that it’s working when the patch looks like it puffed up or has residue under it. If your acne has been around for several weeks or is severe, it won’t work. You can leave them on overnight or for the recommended time frame. They aren’t as invisible as they claim to be and the pictures/description are kind of deceiving. They have a slight yellow color to them and can be seen over top of each pimple. Overall? I love these for mild to moderate acne.

These Mighty Patch Invisible+ patches really live up to their name. I’ve tried a few acne patches before, but these are by far the least noticeable on my skin. They’re ultra thin and blend in surprisingly well, especially during the day. I’ve worn them to work and even out running errands, and no one noticed unless I pointed it out. They stick well, don’t peel up at the edges, and stay put for hours. I’ve seen noticeable improvement overnight and even within a few hours for smaller blemishes. The mix of medium and small sizes is perfect for different spots. Definitely a staple in my skincare routine now.
